James has been a partner in several media startups and art collectives since his first, the Evolving Media Network, which was founded in 2001 and continues to this day, although Jamie left as partner in 2004.

Among extensive independent art, music, and media credits, he is the author of fiction and non-fiction books, comics and graphic novels.

He lives part time in Philadelphia and full-time on the Internet.
